PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Dear Sirs,

After few months my Pumpkin radio suddently is working with issues. The system boots ok but when try to run radio, BT, Music the application doesn't opens. Even physical buttons doens't work.
My radio version is https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B07423 ... UTF8&psc=1

Please could you help me with this issue?

download and unzip the files to the the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot ,then enter settings - car settings - system update .
