13-RQ0278E-DE-A perm reboot

Hi,
I got my Radio the other day and today my Canbus to ISO adapter arrived. The Radio is booting, but after a couple of seconds it is rebooting to the point that it is a bootloop (no desktop, pumpking logo -> ANDROID -> blackscreen -> pumpkin logo etc etc), every once in a while it goes dark, then when I click the home button the radio wakes up (I can see the desktop) but then starts to reboot again and is looping again.
Any suggestions? faulty device? It was send from the UK warehouse to Germany.

Could you pleas first tell us your order number?
For the Canbus to ISO adapter, please tell us more details, the purchased link or the picture of it would be helped.
You can try to download the update firmware to flash the unit to check.

Power on the unit, press the power button and hole it 3-5 seconds, then loose the power button, soon press the power button again, and wait for about 10 seconds to enter the recovery mode, choose "apply update from usb storage", then "update.zip".

installed the update (with the reset flag set) and got to the desktop once booted. went into musicapp and reboot, went into bluetooth, reboot

Hi,
Please first disconnect the SWC wire from the Canbus to ISO adapter, then check if the unit turn on normally.
if not, could you please modify the wire to check if it's the Canbus adapter problem or the unit problem?
Just cut the red wire from our power cable and join it to yellow wire, then turn on the unit to check if the problem still happens.
Or you refer the below tutorial video to provide the power separately to our unit and tell us the result.

I have the exact same problem, did you found a solution? I've tried to update the firmware and the mcu but still happens. Using a non canbus adapter it boots fine but reboots some hours after shutting it down so i have to wait for it to power up from scratch every time.

The factory technician are still testing the new firmware and mcu which may fix this issue.
Once we get it, I will send the download link to you.
