Every time i press close app system ui stopped working pops up and then it go's back to EQ has stopped working screen
I can not get of this screen

Hi, you can first click the RST button on the panel to reset the unit. If this doesn't help, could you show me the sreenshot of that system info so that i can confirm your unit model and provide you correct solutions? Because for some reason, we are unable to find your order now.
