My HU doesn't boot up!

I have like one year with this head unit ( http://www.autopumpkin.com/pumpkin-7-in ... i-dvr.html ) everything used to work very well but yesterday it didn't boot up, it got stuck in the bootlogo without entering in the system, I tried to fix it by doing a factory reset in the recovery system but didn' work. So can somebody help me, by providing the correct firmware for this HU? Or where can I find the firmware?

Regarding your issue, you can try to flash the unit to solve the problem.
