DVD Will not play usa DVD

Please help
I just bought a 27-AQTU73-US1 pumpkin head unit from amazon and istall went pretty smooth except when i insert a USA DVD the screen says dvd will not play on this region an flashes Invalid Key in the upper left corner.
What is wrong?

Hi,
Sorry for the trouble caused.
For the DVD issue, please first check if you enable the "Handbrake" which allow to play DVD when driving. Here is a picture for your reference.

And please use other DVD/CD to play, maybe the DVD you used is not compatible with our unit.
