Sat nav issue

Order 4029357733
The sat nav is horrendous, it normally says connect to the Internet, even though I have fully downloaded Google maps and Waze. Then if it actually decides to work it will freeze up after a few minutes.
I can't figure it out.
Any ideas guys?
