AE0373B-02A versus SH0202B-F-UK

Can anyone tell me the difference between these two units? I can't see anything obvious in the descriptions. Sure, they look slightly different, but is that it? Is one newer or better than the other? Is the hardware the same on both? Any help and advise appreciated. Here's the Amazon UK links.

Yes,same hardware with difference UI and factory,that's all...
