PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Getting very frustrated with performance of my Pumpkin Android head unit. I have refreshed it with build provided in Jan 2019 and again can take 30 seconds+ to start Google Maps or Spotify, see attached for build details. Can anything be done to allow minimal apps to work well or has this 2 year old heady it now become obsolete as can't cope with latest app versions?
