PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hi, everyone!

I have a 2009 Ford Mondeo, in which I installed a Pumpkin Car Stereo System with rear view camera for reverse operations and GPS software.



It all worked well for some time but about a year ago it stopped working properly.

The touch screen isn't working properly. I can access few functions. For instance: I can enter the GPS app but can't enter destinations.

I can't switch from Android to Win panel anymore.

Basically, some areas o the touchscreen do not work anymore. And it varies from one app to another.

I've reset the car stereo, I've unplugged the battery of the car, but nothing worked.

Can anybody help me with this problem?

Its an Android system.

I'm adding you a couple of pictures with th car stereo box and a number that was on that box.





If this doesn't help, I'll have to dismantle the car's dashboard...

Our tech confirmed it is the touch screen issue, your car radio need to replace a new touch screen
