External touch screen

Is it possible to use auto pumpkin device with external touch screen? In my car original player cannot be changed, but someone has connected transparent touch screen on top of original monitor, and he is using hidden autopumpkin android player with that screen. Picture is sent from android player via aux connection to original monitor.
