PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Folks,
I bought the radio for GM vehicles, SKU: 11-RQ1405E-US-A.
My issue is the default software has the wrong function set for next and previous and up and down. Everything is opposite.

What is the proper way to Re-Learn only those two buttons instead of all of them?>

I tried going into the Key Learn and just use the next and previous and it just blinks but does not set when I press the steering wheel button.

Hi,
For the steering wheel issue, please go to the factory settings(126)--others to set swap canbus next prev, click Apply and Exit, then reboot the unit to check.
Cause your steering wheel control is based on canbus system, which is decoded by canbus box with the power cable and it does not support to learn and program.
If the problem still happen, would you mind take a short video to help us check?
We will try to discuss with the factory technician and provide you best solution.
