Disable the killer task and steering wheel button

Dear Pumpkin staff,

I recently purchased the RQ0278E on Amazon, and I find it really a good radio.
However, I have two points that create problems:

1) When I turn off the car and then reboot, the system kills all applications, there is a task killer that acts every time I turn off the car. How can I disable this task killer ??? What is the system application that manages it ??

2) how can I set the controls to the steering wheel so that when I press a button for a long time the system open an application that I choose ??

For the problem about the system kill all the application when reboot,i can't understand it well,sorry.
