pumpkin 10.1 inch dead spot on touch screen not responding

Good day. I have problem with my HU right now certain locations are not responding. I have attach picture showing higher and lower portion of the touch screen is not functioning. The encircled portion is not responding at all.

Any suggestions to fix this issue?
I have purchased at ebay.
Here are the details of the HU: pumpkin 10.1 quad core
rk3188-userdebug 5.1.1 LMY48Y eng.hct.20160808.150953 test-keys

solutions made but still the same issue:
-reset factory setting at android system recovery
-press the reset botton for 10seconds at the back of the screen
-disconnected and connected the monitor cable

The problem you describe may be solved by flashing.
Could you tell us your order number or Buyer ID?

If this dose not help,it should be the problem of the screen itself.You need toi contact the customer service to return the broken screen and send you a new one.
