Android 4.4 Kitkat Merc A Class W169 - loss of music, I-go gps app, and date and time settings

Hello,
I have a merc a class, and purchased a radio, dab, and reverse camera from you last year.
I turned on my car and the radio turns on as normal. I now however do not have my GPS app (I-go), my music has been deleted, and the radio time are wrong.
What should I do?

For the time problem,you can enter "time settting" page to set manually.
Could you tell us your order number or buyer ID if you still have trouble? Because we need more details about your unit and give you positive solution.

Can you please explain in step by step detail, or even better a video of how to fix everything?
So since my email I have managed to install IGO, but how do I change time on IGO?
I still have no music,
I have updated time on unit successfully.
What do you think I should do?
Do I need to update software?
Please can you send a video with a detailed instruction?
Finally, is there another possible GPS that I can use instead of IGO which works offline?

Hi,
There is not a music app here.
But you can enter the OEM app on the home page and choose what app you want to reinstall. Here is a picture you can refer.

If there is not app you want,we suggest you make the unit restore factory setting.
Could you mind tell us how you lost apps?
