PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hi,

Firstly i'm new to this forum so apologies for if this issue has already been answered.

I'm really impressed with the Pumpkin Android 6.0 (CN10-03201B) head unit but there's a few of issues i'd like to resolve.

1. The DAB signal isn't great, it will work fine and then start breaking up. I'm using (13-Y0251-UK) DAB tuner box.

2. Whilst using Google Maps and listening to DAB, the DAB will turn off and I'll have to go back to the DAB app and select the station again.

3. Is there a better DAB app??? I fine it hard to use mainly due to the small text you have to press the select the station and the dark colours.

Hi,
For the DAB compatibility problem, as a third party app,it cannot work normally on the background. Hope you know.
For the DAB signal problem,do you mean it works well before but not now ? I think you can try to place the antenna another place. Or you can try to reset the unit.The DAB+ app now is the latest.

Well that's not very good. How am I supposed to listen to my favourite DAB station and have google maps up so I know where I'm going????

Is there no other DAB app I can use??

The DAB signal problem has always been there. I'll try moving the antenna to another place but i can't see it making much difference as its right at the top in the middle of the front screen by the mirror. I don't have a heated screen so it can't be that either.

There is only one version of DAB+ app.
Could you record a video about the DAB problem? Please notice showing us the antenna place .
