Steering Wheel issue with Nissan NV200

I am having several issues with the deck:
1. The right and left keys on the steering wheel control of the 2016 Nissan NV200 work, but the volume up/down and the call buttons are not. When I have assigned a up key to a volume up, the volume turns up completely after pressing the key. The only way to keep the stereo from turning up over and over is to go in and reset the steering wheel key assignments.
2. The Bluetooth player does not show the song/artist currently playing
3. The screen is too dim (it is currently turned up to max) - especially when in iGo Navigation.
4. The android version is too low to install Android Auto (Android 5.0 Lollipop and up)

Hi,
For the screen light problem,you can enter into factory settings and un-check the key light option.Then the light of the screen will turn up.
For the Bluetooth music problem,sorry,the unit don't support display the song info. Hope your kind understanding.
The unit don't support update from android 4.4 to android 5.1.
For the steering wheel control problem,please tell us your order number or buyer id so that i can confirm the SKU of your unit and provide positive solutions.

Hi,
the info you provided in the last post isn't enough.
You can find the SKU nunmber on the metal surface of the unit or on the surface of the packing box.
And if you find it ,please also tell me your car model number.Thanks.
