Change AV output from Pal to NTSC

Hi there.

I purchased a Pumpkin head unit with Android 6.0 and 2gb from Amazon, this one...

How to i change the AV output from Pal to NTSC? I see an option in the car settings menu and you can selet between the various different modes but it does not change anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
