Problems with 27-AQVW71-02

Hello to all,
I recently bought a Volkswagen Golf Mk 6, on which the previous owner has installed a 27-AQVW71-02 system.
Now I have noticed there are some malfunctions I would like to solve.

- The parking radar does not show on the thumbnail displayed on the screen the shrinking distance separating the machine from the obstacle.
- Would it be possible to have a full pinout map of all the sockets of this unit in order to test their connections?
- If I run a short press of the command to the microphone steering wheel, the command "MUTE" is executed on the unit, if I run a long press of the same button, the system shuts down, is there a system for joining the microphone button on the steering wheel to the relative function of your system?

Also, by pulling the unit out of its housing I noticed two ground wires disconnected ("Earth of steering wheel" and "KAY-A"), could you tell me if and where should i link them?
Last but not least, how can I know if a new firmware for my drive is available?
