8" Quad Core Android 5.1 KitKat extreme slow

Hello,
i have a big problem with my unit 8" Quad Core Android 5.1 KitKat.

I sell it on ebay on the 16.June 2016.

From the beginning nearly everything was ok, but since some month the unit is extreme slow by every operation.
for example:
If i want to start an app (youtube oder radio) sometimes the display shows no reaktion for some seconds.
sometimes i had to sipe for 5 or 6 times on an app or an button an than it starts.

I hope you have an Softwareupdate for this unit.
with the current state she unis is useless.

we suggest you clearing some cache or restore the unit to factory settings.
