C0257 Bluetooth

Hi admins

Just would like some help with my C0257 unit . since i have new phone update to android 7. When the car stereo starts it flashes "bluetooth connection error". I have to manually sync it every time it starts. Is the a fix or new Bluetooth app available?

I recognized your problem.Could you tell me your phone model number and show me a screenshot of that error prompt message?
Please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions.
