CN10-02201B - 3G USB dongle problem

I have the CN10-02201B unit

My 3G dongle is no longer recongnised by the unit where it used to work fine. Please advise further. I have tested the dongle in a computer and it still works fine.

Hi,
you can try to use a stick to click the RST hoel to reset the unit and try to plug-in the 3G dongle again.
Any query,please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions .
