CN03-03101B is stuck on "optimization of application 1 from 1"

Dear Pumpkin, I own the HU CN03-03101B six months now. Althought I had battery drain and I solved it temporarilly (i will ask help for it in another topic), I love this HU! Now I have this issue: when it is booting up, the first screen is lollipop multimedia navigation, the 2nd screen is android and the 3rd screen is (the issue) "optimization of application 1 of 1". After about 20 secs black screen and again booting up and so on. I think that an application is trying to update and the HU is stuck on booting up. I pushed the reset button (also held it for 20 secs) but it doesn't seem to be resetting.
How can I boot up the HU?
or how can I reset it (factory settings)?
