S07 lost all downloaded apps and factory apps

S07 SKU: GS-C0219

Has lost all downloaded apps and the ones that it comes with (I GO). I go into google play to install them and they are still showing that they are still loaded. How do I do a hard reset, as the pin i have been given is wrong this did not work.
