Pumpkin AQTU72 - iPhone/Bluetooth issues

Im about ready to rip my hair out after this install...Ive spent the past 3 hours trying to get my iPhone 7 which is on ios 11 to connect to my unit. I had it connected for about 2 songs, then parked. Went to turn it back on and the unit will NOT pair to my phone. MY phone does not see the device and Ive tried everything. On the Bluetooth button on the headunit it shows my phone but wont connect. Ive reset both my phone and the headunit. Even did a factory reset on the pumpkin. NOTHING. I cant even get the pumpkin to play music from my phone when I plug it into the USB port..It charges but wont make a connection...SOMEONE please help me so I dont just drive this off a cliff..

For the bluetooth issue, you can try to connect another phone.Since the unit can find your phone on the list,that means the bluetooth hardware of the unit is normal .
Our unit doesn't support read information from your phone through usb connection.Hope you know.
