CN10-03304B configuration and modem support

Hello,

I'm new here and I finally got my Pumpkin head unit model CN10-03304B which I installed, but I have some questions:

I have parking sensors (not a camera) and when selecting the R gear, I would like to make the unit display the car with the distance bars indications. I found the code for the extended settings (123456) and I was able of disabeling the radar camera, but now nothing happens when selecting the R Gear.

How can I get the Parking sensors displayed on the head unit when activating the R gear? Something similar to this :


Is this unit compatible with 4g USB modems? Could you please advise a reference if possible?

The internal mic quality is very poor, and I dont have where to fix the additional mic provided in the package on my dashboard... What else could I do to get a better mic quality?

How can I upload my own boot animation logo?

Hi,
1.please don't disable the radar camera and you need to install an reverse camera or you are unable to see the parking sensor on the screen.
2.Our unit only support the sim card with 3g WCDMA format.You can consider our 3g dongle Y0014.
3.you can use external mic if the internal mic is bad.Please speak toward near the mic and try to close the windows when you are speaking.

4.you can download your logo picture files on one sd card.Next, insert it into the sd slot.Enter into settings - extra settings - logo settings and you will find the picture .

I don't have have a reverse camera, and I'm not planning to get one (I don't really need it and it is too complicated to install for me).

When activating the Radar camera in the extended settings menu, and selecting the R Gear, I get a black screen with an error message "ni video signal", which is normal since there is no camera installed.

Is there a way to use my parking sensor (which are already installed) to get the parking detectors display when selecting the R Gear (by installing an application for that for exemple ?)?



I don't understand why I can't use a 4g modem, what happens if I use a Huawei 4G usb modem for exemple ? where the 3G limitation is coming from ?

1- The reason why I disabled the radar camera is because i'm having a black screen with a "no video signal message" when selecting the R gear, and I'm not interested for getting an extra rear camera. Is there a way to get the parking sensors indicators displayed on the head unit, without intalling any extra camera, may through an app, or some diffrent configuration ?

2- Why it does not support the 4G modems ? can I try to use a Huawei one for exemple ? or is it a software/hardware limitation ? the 3G connection speed is not good enough for streaming videos.

Hi,
1. sorry .Maybe you can try to find some regarding app.
2.The unit support 4g modem,but you still need to insert an sim card with 3g WCDMA mode.As we know, 3g WCDMA format is an universal net in Euro. Or you can use a wifi modem.Hope your kind understanding.

I have one more question, Could you please tell me what's the MCU version of this model (KGL, KSP, JY, KD...etc) ? the firmware version I get on the head unit is not helping me to define the model:

MCU Version: 5.3.19-11-12-453101-171011
