Hello,

basically I'm pretty satisfied with your headunit. Right now there is just one thing what is annoying me.
I installed the Amazon prime music app from the play store. After logging in it is telling me that this device ID was already used
for a different account. It seems you used one device ID for all your devices...
Can this be solved anyhow?

Additional there is a question. Is it possible in any way to change the linking of the hardkeys to the app (beside the navigation app)?
e.g. changing the "DISC" HK to my favorite player app?

Hi,
we don't use one device ID for all device.Could you take a screenshot about problem? Don't you enter into amazon music page currently?
It is unable to change the icons on the home page.

Hi,
sorry, I maybe missed one additional information.
In the beginning, directly after the first installation of the Amazon music app it worked. Then after a while after opening the App it is just showing the mentioned error. (I think the App has been updated inbetween but I'm not completely sure).
Not sure if the screenshot helps (sorry, setting is german...)

Basically the error says:
"Due to licensing regulations of Amazon and the music license holders... every device ID is only alowed to be enabled for one amazon account.
This device ID has been already registered with a different acount. You need to wait for 180 days until you're able to register this device..."

As mentioned before, in the beginning it worked and suddenly after one or two weeks the app asked me again for my credentials. After entering username and PW it was showing this message. Therefore I thought there is maybe a second device using the same ID.

My account itself is working. I can use the amazon music app on the mobile and my tablet (amazon allows 5 devices)

I am also having this problem. Did I get a used returned one? My message is the same. It says device already the by another customer. Have to wait 180 days to be able to use for piracy issues.

What's going on???

And unlike Tom. I never got Amazon music working. I got the message and was blocked from the very 1st attempt.

Sorry for my missing reply.

a) the App which I received was not solving the issue!
b) after that I wanted to give it a ty and wait these f... 180 days...
-> the days were counting down every time I tried and finally, the 180 days were over last week. I tried it again and
the result is: "you have to wait 180 days.."

So from my understanding:
Either there is somebody out there whose Headunit does have the same ID like mine and we're blocking us or there is something wrong when the App tries to write it's certificate and therefore judges it as "already beeing used".

Today I wanted to try if a factory reset would solve the issue but this requires a code and I didn't find the correct one in the forum.
Is it possible to get a full overview of customer related codes for my headunit model?
Is there already a SW update available for this model?
