PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hi.

I have just bought a Universal DIN octa-core Android 7.1.2 unit. I have wired it in via my car's DIN connector. The unit starts fine, but constantly crashes. The buttons and screen stop responding. The only way to get it working again is by pressing the reset button.

The longest it has ever run is 10 minutes, but often crashes after just a few seconds. Obviously I am very unhappy about this after spending 2 hours pulling my car apart to fit this.

Any suggestions please?

Please download and unzip the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - car settings - system update.

An update on this. The unit was definitely faulty. Now got a Pumpkin 8.0 instead and I'm very pleased with it (apart from the poor fit due to 15mm bezel).
