Y0811 Rear Camera full of water

In the six months since I fitted my rear view camera, it has slowly become unusable.
It started off with a light mist on the inside of the camera. As the car heated up during the day the mist would evaporate and the camera front plate would clear, but the water droplets would condense again over night, so it was never clear just after dawn and dusk, when driving to and from work, which is precisely when I need the camera to be working.
As time has gone on, the amount of moisture inside the camera has increased, and now the front place is permanently fogged up, making the camera all but useless (I can't even see a vehicle inches away from the camera).
It looks like it has been glued together, so I can't get it open to remove the moisture, so is there any way to drain the moisture out of the camera?
