I purchased this item from amazon CN10-02308B-08A-A

I was trying to set up torque and was having issues connecting via Bluetooth. I exited out of the app and it disappeared. I need to know how to do a factory recovery?

Thank you for the file.

I reinstalled the software, But cant get it to connect to the ODB scanner. I select it in the Bluetooth setting and it says that it is paired, but when I go to Torque under settings it only shows my Samsung phone, which I have the Bluetooth disabled. It will not show the ODB device?
