Hello, the car radio shows some strange functions:

1. Radio: switch off/on - the displayed frequency is wrong (87.50MHz)
2. Radio: if a station touch is used the frequency display dos not follow
3. Radio: switch back from reverse gear – no sound from radio
4. Radio: longer use from the Mute function – sound dosn’t come back
5. System: sometimes (without any user action) the system crash, no button shows a reaction. I’m not able to switch off the car radio - so I have to cut the power to get back the controls.

About the 3rd point, It is normal.Hope your kind understandings.
About the 4th point and more query ,you can contact the customer service where you bought the unit for help .I suggest you provide more details or an video will be better.
