offline map and navi(beonroad.com) app not working for android 6

hi,
I bought Pumpkin 7 inch Single Din Android 6.0 Universal Car Stereo with SKU: CN10-01202B, I downloaded offline map and navi from play store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... nemaps.gps) by http://www.beonroad.com/. This app works great on my another car's pumpkin which has Android 7.1 . but it does not work on this Android 6.0 HU.
the problem is, after I downloaded map, when clicking Maps, it still show "Have no map yet" so then it can not navigate for my car. very painful.

Can pumpkin team help?
