PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hello,
Purchased a pumpkin Model S07 MCU MTCB-KLD6-V2.86 android 10.1 with lollipop 5.1 from eBay transaction No.221971542757 last month.There seems to be an issue with the sound when playing files through Sd cards ,blue tooth and apps. The tracks appear in the music player app and equaliser moves but no sound. CD player and radio work fine. Also very slow speech from my I go sat nav. Is there an update available for this or is the unit faulty. Please help.

Just ran the update but unfortunately problem still persists.

If is, maybe the android board is broken, you can contact our ebay customer service or write to "support@autopumpkin.com".

Tried update again but ticked box "wipe data and format drive" and pleased to say this has fixed the issues. Many thanks for your help.Rob.
