PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

When I connect this camera in USB to my Pumpkin Universal 10.1-inch Touchscreen 2 DIN Quad Core Android 5.1 Car Radio, i-go navi sounds distorted, and google maps sounds inaudible. When I disconnect the camera, the navigation sounds return.
How can I fix the problem? Please help me!

I've tried to update, but the upgrade wasn't working.
I got the following screen:

I'm not able to controll with the power or volume bottons and I need to disconnect the device from power cable, because it has no reaction anyway.

Hi, you can short press the RST hole to choose the "update system/mcu from sd card and clear all"
Then long press the RST hole to start the update process.
