Poor Radio / No Radio

Hi Pumpkin People!

I have the 6.95" Android unit (two of them actually) and I have been really happy with one but the other has had issues with the radio performance. Since I have two different cars I first moved the radios between cars to verify that the problem moved when I moved the radio. Here is what I observe.

Bluetooth music, cd, and MP3s play fine.

Radio has an issue where the volume won't stay consistent. The system beeps are very loud and the music is very low and then suddenly it gets very loud. The radio stops working completely at times (where the other sources continue to work) and doesn't work again until I remove power from the unit. I have checked all connections twice, including the antenna and moving it to another car. My other radio (the same model) works fine in both cars.

I need to get this taken care of asap. Can you help? I ordered via amazon order 106-2551667-8165815.
