Google playou music album art not showing, app freezing.

Hi, I bought the 7" quad core on amazon, order number 107-4383470-1081007 when using wifi tethering and running Google play music every day so far I've had to clear cache or Uninstall and reinstall due to album art not showing or not being able to play music stations. It just says unable to play radio station.

Is there a way to fix this?

Hi,
Sorry for my poor understanding.
This unit has the default music player which does not support to display album.
Did you mean that the third party music player you downloaded had problem?
If possible, would you mind take a video to help us check?
We will try to provide you positive solution.
