Hi I have the S07 double din unit, and it worked great until I temporarily removed my sub and amp to make room on a long trip. When I put them back in (all wired up correctly), the sub seems to get virtually no power from the head unit. It is barely active at all.
I made sure the amp was set to loud, but it seems like 99% of the output goes to the speakers and 1% to the sub.
I tried doing a factory reset but that hasn't helped.
Help!
Subwoofer very quiet

We need more details to help you check.

Hi it's Order # 100001939
I'm using an external sub with built in amp. It worked perfectly until I temporarily removed it. I wasn't sure if maybe the unit detected that it wasn't connected and disabled the subwoofer output or something.

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply due to the National Day.
Regarding your issue, it must be caused when you disconnected the sub.
Normally you need to check if there is short circuit.
Fortunately, my colleague said that you had used a new fuse, then the problem had been solved.
