Some customers said that the player cannot read the disc after closing the disc cover and display “OPEN” on the upper left of the screen. We also attach great importance to this problem. The reason for this problem is that the disc cover is slightly displaced, so that it cannot be pushed to the switch after closing the disc cover. Solving this problem is also very simple. Just stick the gasket on the plastic pillar as picture shown and lengthen the length of the plastic pillar to solve this problem perfectly.The following is an operation picture, you can operate as the picture shown.
