Headrest how to take out the disc when the player won't turn on

Recently, we have client who met the issue that the Disc Won't come out when press the EJECT button on Headrest.We have found the cause and there is an technical way to solve it, it may require you to dismantle the headrest, but not hard, very easy to do.
First. Remove those screws by using a cross screwdriver,take down the stent.

Then remove those screws under the stent .

Second.Open the rear cover, press the lens to the bottom (pay attention to the internal wiring, don't broken the horn line, careful operation).

Third.Use the cross screwdriver into the slot,inside-out raise carefully.

Fourth .At the same time of raising the screwdriver,holding the disc by band and Slowly push out the Disc.
When you're finished,take out the Disc normally,then power on the Headrest,Re-insert the Disc,after that press the EJECT button,test whether it will reappear the previous problem.If it returns to normal,install the Headrest According to the original way.
