FAQ3: HEADREST DVD PLAYER NO SOUND FROM SPEAKER

Some guests feedback that the player has no sound when playing the disc. After collecting this feedback, we found that many of them are improperly operated.
1. The most common reason is that the IR and FM functions are turned on. When these two are turned on, the speaker will be automatically muted, so the IR and FM functions need to be turned off.
2. When the headphone jack is connected, the speaker will automatically mute, check whether the headset is connected, and the headset needs to be pulled out.
3. Silent mode, you can adjust the volume of the machine to the maximum
4. If the first three steps are all done, please insert the earphone into the earphone hole when playing the disc, and listen to the sound in the earphone. .If the earphone have the sound ,it maybe the problem of the speaker.
