CH1002 mp4 not recognized

Hallo,

I have Problems with mp4 files. My DVD Player recognize the mp4 files not. I have 32GB SD card. Videos have different resolutions.
Avi files are visible, and playable.

Please resolve this issue.

Hi,
The video code and resolution can cause this problem.
Please first check the viedo,if the parameters go beyond the range of the player,you can convert the video by Conversion software.
You can reference the follow form.The player don't support AVC/h264 coding and MKV files.
