Failure to recognize external sd card.

Hello,
My new pumpkin 7" fails to recognize my external (GPS) sd card. I have remounted it several times with no joy.
Hopefully, you have a fix for this.

Hi,
did you try different sd cards? The unit only support sd card in the format of fat32 and the memory should within 64 GB.
If you had tried the above,you can reset the unit/disconnect the ISO cable and re-plug in .
