Android 6.0 radio every app bluetooth stuck

Good morning,

I have muche trouble with my android 6.0 7" pumpkin Radio!

I would use it for car diagnostic by bluetoothdongle like ELM and for my Ecumaster emu black engine management unit........

Every app i tryed gets stucked by " bluetooth pairing" or bluetooth activating........

There must be a bug that results appcrashs by connect via bluetooth

I have tryed every possibal setting and ever failed ...
Now i need help please!

The problem apps i tryed was named :

Emu dash
Realdash
Torque
Bt manager
Bt easy connect

Every app same fail .... stuck by connecting via bluetooth

Please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions.
About the Torque app problem,you also need to purchase a wifi OBD module,because this unit AQTU72 only support wifi OBD.

Exaktly this radio!

I bought a halfe year ago on ebay so finde it in my boughts yet!

Yes torque may be working on wifi but the high priority funktion is emu and realdash on bluetooth!

How can i identify my radio when i have no idea where i bought it ^^..... it was on ebay but the informations aboud it has gone .....

Its realy important for me to fix the problem with the apps realdash and emu dash ! They try connecting with bluetooth and than get stucked ...... but the emu bluetooth dongle is recognice in bt manager!

I know that other pumpkin android radios work with that apps !

I bought as bsh-brain on ebay by seller e-cool-store at date look at the picture !

I bought it to connect the tool : ecumaster " bluetooth to can " (its a can streaming bluetoothdongel from a free applikateable enginemanagement) for the app : emu dash ! This dash prog only works on bluetooth and in the radio offer was no word from "non compatibelity bluetooth for apps so if it would not Work the radio is absoludely useless for me :/

Regarding the ecumaster problem,sorry for my poor english and the knowledge of the ecumaster,i don't understand what you mean exactly.
Do you mean the unit can't connect to the ecumaster via bluetooth by using those apps you listed above?
Would you mind show us a video about the problem？I will show the video to our engineer and try to give you an effective solution.
