Touch Screen not responding

I have a model 11-RQ1127-US-A and a couple of days ago the touch screen stopped working from about 2/3 of the screen up, please let me know if there is a fix for that or what can be done.

Hi, I noticed that when I flashed the unit with the update that you sent me, it downgraded from 5.1 to 4.4; can you please send me an update to go up instead of down.
