My RQ0269E's touch screen does not work anymore

Could you tell us more details about your problem.Could the unit start up?
Or did you reset the unit?

It comes and it goes, I've reset it, cut the power...almost everything I could think of. Sometimes it does work again but then doesn't. Wheel controls work, front panel buttons don't. Reset button does.

I bought it to Autopumpkin via Amazon. I guess it's you. Order number 171-8740337-6141116 on September the 2nd 2016. I'd like to upgrade to SKU: CN01-02306B. Is there anyway we could manage an upgrade rather than changing the screen? Thanks.
