Caller ID not displaying.

When somebody calls the name doesn't not show.

However, it does in the call history.

How do I fix this bug?

Hi,
I have a weekend off and sorry for late reply because there is a power outage yesterday.
Regarding your problem of calling,please first confirm that the language of your phone is the same as the car stereo.
Doesn't the unit displays all the contacts name when they called to you? Did the problem happen before?

Both are in English.

The names are not displayed for incoming calls.

The names are visible in the phone book.

Has always been the same.
