Further to my other thread, and waiting for a mod to authorise it. I tried some DIY fixes, I noticed that there was a firmware listed on here for the RQ0110E

I thought as a last ditch attempt I would try it. But now my HU does not respond. It updated, loaded the dancing droids, then said updating apps x of 105. When that had finished, just a blank screen. I can press the hard buttons, and it works (can hear the radio hiss when I choose BAND for example). And toast messages work. SD Card mounted, etc. But everything else is black. I dont know what to do now

we can not find your order number,please check the number again.
Do you mean all function of the unit is normal but just get a black screen?
Or are the problems you described in your another post solved after update?

How can I use IMG extension file for upgrade on computer or my car playe ?

Hi,
you can place the IMG files on the root content of the sd card and insert it into the car stereo.Then enter into setting page and choose system update option.
Normally we don't suggest our clients do the flash works without our guidance.

Hello again thank you for your guides . Unfortunate I tried procedure as was describe in movie but my head unit does n`t accept IMG file for update and asking for only BIn file . I have black screen everyday and it does n`t work properly as radio or WiFi internet connection .Wish I could a couple of photo here . I put IMG file in A clean USB drive and in ~about system~ TAB I can`t access to update file . Please help me
