The new Pumpkin 7.1 CRM problem

I have a new Pumpkin 7.1 Android Autoradio and my problem is..
"CRM does not function".
I have 2 apps with livestreaming and there comes the problem. what can i do?
Next question, i need the password for the 'werkseinstellung'?

Please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions.
What do you point to when you said CRM and "werkeseinstellung"?
