Buttons not working. cn10-02201b

Hello all, Just bought a CN10-02201B-08a and none of the button are working or lighting. The touch screen works and operates. dvd works, But i have to control everthing thru the touch screen. I tryed to hold the reset button and nothing happened. Any suggestions? Thx

Hi,
First,you can try to enter into settings---car settings---extra settings(password:123456)---panel key page to program the key function again.
If this still doesn't help,you can disassemble the unit and check whether the flat cable of the keyboard loosen or break off or not.

@jammy: Oh my gosh, you are not really sugesting a customer to disassemble the radio. He will loose his warrenty in this case!!!

@tehringer: Send that crap back and get your money back. This will save you alot of time...
