Pumpkin reversing camera not displaying

Hi there all

The reverse sensor works but no picture from camera is there anyone can help me please as I thought camera was damaged so I bought a new one that didn't work to

Hi,
Please confirm the camera is powered by stable 12V+ from the reverse lamp.
You can try to connect the CAM-in wire to AV-in connector of the unit to judge whether the CAM-in connector broken or not and tell me the result.
