3G modem not getting internet service

Hi, Have CN10-11201B-02B ... Just installed 3G modem from you on USB interface labelled 3G USB and plugged in proper location at back on unit. When Android comes up i see status icon of 3G and all bars below ... so I believe I haev network connectivity to 3G network and USB modem working properly. But if I try to use internet services all apps report no Network connectivity.

What Am I Missing???

Hi,
you can try to insert the 3g card to your phone to check the card is able to get internet.
Please first tell me your order number in amazon or buyer id in ebay,Pumpkin or AliExpress so that we can confirm more information about your unit and provide you positive solutions

Concerning order ... Order #100006950

The 3G SIM came from my phone where it worked great. As stated I seem to be getting 3G signal. its just the system does not load internet support. Using Chrome browser it suggest (due to lack of network connection) to Turn OFF airplane mode (it is off), enable Mobile data (I cant find this anywhere ... where do I check this).

thanks for your video.
Did you try to share the mobile hot spot to the unit to check whether the unit can not surf the internet?
If the unit can surf the internet,it said that the problem is caused by the card.Please note that our unit only support sim card with 3G WCDMA format .

OK, So via hotspot or traditional WIFI I can get internet access ... I guess you say that there is sa problem with my card ... As seen on the video the 3G and signal strength meter is ON and at maximum? What does this mean? To me this says my SIM is fine and connected to the cellular data network. If my card was not 3g WCDMA would this also still happen. If so HOW? 3G WCDMA is a wireless technology which the signal meter display OBVIOUSLY says has a great connection and is working??

I have the same problem with my head unit and it's no issue with my sim card. A temporary fix is to unplug and replug the 3g stick while the unit is always powered on. Then it connects again with correct apn and internet works fine.
You could try that.
